Wow what a great time to be had this year at the campout!!!
Have you registered yet???
Campsites are reserved but you pick your own...... first come first serve.
Please let us know if anyone has specific needs.
Registration includes Saturday breakfast and evening meal served by your state staff.

Yeah, that was when we bought the GL1500 trike to try as a second trike so that Hammy could ride. We later traded it when we saw she enjoyed the longs rides and was going to stick with it. It rained during irrigation season, so we hooked up a trailer to the pickup and boogied down the road to pick it up in Pharr Texas... 8 miles from the Mexican border. We rode around a little while there and then loaded up for home.

"Mormon Island is named for the winter stopover used by Mormon emigrants heading westward. In 1884-85, a group of Mormons established a campsite about four miles downstream from the current Mormon Island SRA, prompting local settlers to dub the locale Mormon Island. The party started too late to reach the Great Salt Lake, and these few Mormon families stopped for the winter, encouraged by the open stream and abundant timber in the area. When the wagons rolled westward in the spring, three graves remained, those of a mother and two small children."
